Colorado Notebook offers access to information for more than 6,400 key organizations in cities and towns throughout Colorado.  Our expert staff regularly verifies and updates the database, and no record is left unchecked for more than 90 days.

Records may be searched and sorted by community category and/or geographic area, and further sorted by a variety of subcategories.  Community categories include:

• Cultural & Performing Arts
• Education
• Foundations
• Government
• Health Care
• Media
• Service Clubs & Nonprofits

Geographic information may be sorted by regions, counties, cities or towns, or zip codes.

The result of your search is a customized report that contains comprehensive contact information for each organization, including names, address, telephone and fax numbers, and email and website addresses where available.  Additional information, such as meeting dates, organizational mission, demographic stats and news deadlines, is provided in a "Notes" section attached to each record. Reports may be downloaded to your computer to make mail merges, address labels and other communications strategies a snap to implement.

Colorado Notebook is a subscription-based service.  Subscriptions are available for full or partial access to the database.  The Colorado Notebook staff is also available to assist with custom searches.

Pricing - Annual Subscription

Business or Department with less than 25 employees

• One Community Category - $500
• Two Community Categories - $1,000
• 3+ Community Categories - $1,200 (nonprofits)  or $1,500 (for profits)

Business or Department with between 25 and 100 employees

• One Community Category - $1,000
• Two Community Categories - $2,000
• 3+ Community Categories - $2,200 (nonprofits)  or $2,500 (for profits)

Business or Department with 100  or more employees

• One Community Category - $2,000
• Two Community Categories - $4,000
• 3+ Community Categories - $5,000 regardless of profit status
